This short film collection comprises five original children's films. Two of them combine live-action film with animation: in "Linard, Monti und die Musik" by Annette Carle and Karin Heberlein, well-known Swiss singer-songwriter Lindard Bardill, in search of inspiration for a new song, immerses himself in the magical mountain world of an Alpine king, with his cheeky (cuddly toy) dog at his side. Just as playful is another film by the same directing team, "Linus trifft Marius und die Jagdkapelle", in which an animated cartoon boy observes a quirky hunting band rehearsing in a forest hut and discovers various instruments. A clip animated by seven school classes in the four Swiss national languages ("Pixi Dixi") and two animated films round off the short film program: "Valise" by Isabelle Favez tells the story of clumsy bank robbers who lose their loot, and "Queen Po" by Maja Gehrig which takes place in the highly entertaining imaginary world of a girl who, before going to sleep, makes up a story about Queen Po floating far above the clouds.
