The Hummingbird streaming

This is the story of Marco Carrera, known as "the hummingbird". As a teenager in the early 1970s, during a vacation by the sea, he meets Luisa Lattes. The two never become a couple, but their love for each other would fade, either. The gentle Marco later marries and lives with his wife and daughter in Rome. Fatal coincidences and losses characterize his eventful life - and he has to learn to deal with the unexpected and major changes. "Il Colibrì" tells of the fate of a sensitive man, of family misfortune, the power of memories and of a great, unbreakable love. The film skillfully oscillates between different time periods, from the 1970s to the present day. "Il Colibrì" is based on the award-winning novel of the same name by Sandro Veronesi. Italian director Francesca Archibugi has assembled a great ensemble of actors in front of the camera, including Pierfrancesco Favino, Nanni Moretti und Bérénice Bejo. The result is an unconventional, disarming and deeply touching family story.
